I will tell you that the emblem is solid and quality, plate properly insert it perfectly flush with top of knob. I think the part number i've attached is correct for this although color isn quite walnut. It looks like it was on a shift handle at one point but I can't even be certain of that much because its been lower in dark part the basement along with other classic Mustang pieces. 1965 66 67 68 69 70 71 72 1973 FORD MUSTANG SHELBY AFTERMARKET COBRA SNAKE SHIFT KNOB S2MS-7213-R.

Use your best judgement. I actually like holding this thing ha. I feel like its been in our basement for 40 years and can't be sure of its origin. But this isn an OEM part.
